AT&T Store, Dunkin' Donuts Proposed to Come to Fort Dodge
The Fort Dodge City Council will consider a proposal that could lead to several new businesses along 5th Avenue South The council will meet at 5:00pm for two workshops followed by its regular business session at 6:00pm. On the agenda is a proposal to sell a lot in the 2500 block of 5th Avenue South to Fort Dodge-based SMO Real Estate. According to the agenda item, SMO would purchase the lot for $68,000, which would lead to the development of three businesses, including Dunkin' Donuts and an AT&T store. The third business was not named. Another proposal being considered would be another $68,000 sale to Woodruff Construction for a 4,500 square foot building to house a currently unnamed national retailer.
