Kuhlman Named 2013 Catalyst at Growth Alliance Dinner
The Greater Fort Dodge Growth Alliance recognized several different individuals and businesses during its annual meeting Thursday. Five awards were given out, including a photo contest winner, volunteer of the year, rookie business and small business of the year, and the catalyst award. For his efforts in the community 25 years and counting, current Fort Dodge Community Foundation and United Way CEO Randy Kuhlman received the 2013 catalyst award:
Theresa Naughten received the volunteer of the year award for her service on the growth alliances legislative action committee. The rookie business of the year was awarded to A-1 moving and owners Paul and Dawn Brandow. Wendy's of Fort Dodge, owned by Dennis Johnson and Mark Miller, received the small business of the year award. Fort Dodge native and current Des Moines resident Justin Rodgers was named photo contest winner.
