Marijuana Grow Operation Busted in Pocahontas County

The Pocahontas County Sheriff's Office says five Laurens residents were arrested following the discovery of a home marijuana growing operation. Sheriff Bob Lampe says the arrests were made last Friday night after a search warrant was served in the 400 block of North 3rd Street. Three individuals; 30 year-old Mario Neither, 22 year-old Adrianna Schossow, and 36 year-old Denetrius Washington are all facing felony drug charges. Two others, 28 year-old Kristin Ross and 41 year-old Kay Richards are facing misdemeanor possession charges. Neither was ordered held on $22,300 bond while Washington's bond was set at $7,300. Ross is free after posting $1,300 bond, while Richards and Schossow were released on their own recognizance.
