Tanner King Facing Escape Charge From Alleged 2012 Incident
A Fort Dodge man awaiting a hearing in connection to a June arson is now facing an escape charge in connection with a 2012 incident. 23 year-old Tanner King had bond set in the amount of $5,000 for the escape charge, which stems from an incident on September 5 of 2012. King is accused of jumping off the roof of the Webster County Law Enforcement Center. Because King has a lawsuit against Webster County, the case will be prosecuted by the Iowa Attorney General's Office. King remains held without bond awaiting a hearing to rescind guilty pleas in connection with a June fire at Bemrich Electric.
