The Warden Plaza remains as one of the big historical landmarks in Fort Dodge, Iowa. There have been recent discussions of bringing back life into the massive structure. It would be a great asset to the always growing population in Fort Dodge. 

Councilman Kim Alstott said there was a big company very much interested in refurbishing the Warden Plaza. Alstott has added that the company may need the city to pay a share of this project. The Warden Plaza is on the historical register. If this project can be done, the Plaza would expand their apartments to attract more and more younger couples in Fort Dodge. The Plaza featured a penthouse which could be renovated into something special for residents and/or guests .

Lots of possibilities are in place if the Warden Plaza can be brought back into the Fort Dodge landscape. More developments on this proposed plan will be released in the near future.
