Two Arrested Following Alleged Armed Robbery, Car Chase
Two Fort Dodge residents are in custody following an alleged convenience store robbery and high speed chase. Webster County Sheriff Jim Stubbs says 18 year-old Adarius Clayton and 21 year-old Adranna Trevino are being held in the Webster County Jail and are scheduled to make initial appearances in court Thursday morning. Clayton is facing multiple charges, including 1st degree robbery, two counts of 2nd degree theft, and eluding. He allegedly led officers on a high-speed chase in a stolen car after robbing the Coalville Stop and Shop. Trevino is being held on an outstanding arrest warrant. The two were arrested near 4th Avenue North and 9th Street in Fort Dodge after crashing and attempting to flee on foot.
