|The 38th Annual Frontier Days was held June 2, 3, & 4, 2012 at the Fort Museum in Fort Dodge, Iowa. Friday night was started with the opening ceremony, which was followed by the opening of the Buckskinners Camp. At 5:00pm, the Big Top kicked off the Frontier Days festivities. They also had a Karaoke competition in the Opera House. The Frontier Days Parade was on Saturday morning stomping down Central Avenue in Downtown Fort Dodge. The parade started at 10:00 am with Cindy and Mike Mulroney serving as the Grand Marshalls. After the parade, everyone went out to the Fort Museum for the festivities. There were a good amount of vendors, activities for the kids like inflatables and the Pedal Tractor Pull for ages 4-11. There was also the Cowboy Camp and the Buckskinners Camp. The Ghost Garrison was also on hand for the weekend. The Big Top was alive with great live music all day and night. Sunday held the Bill Rielly Talent Contest.
