The Fort Dodge City Council approved Tax Increment Financing for a duplex project in West Fort Dodge.

The plan calls for four duplexes to be built at Second Avenue South, A Street and Highway 169. The council also approved the project to be a Housing Urban Renewal Area.

Construction should be finished by October, according to developer Mike McCarville. The area is known as Windstone Circle.
