Beginning Monday, August 6th at 6:00 AM until work completed – the westbound lanes of 5th Avenue South from S. 12th Street to S. 8th Street will be closed.  The eastbound lanes from S. 12th Street to S. 8th Street will be changed to one lane of traffic each way.  The traffic lights at S. 12th Street and S. 8th Street on 5th Avenue South will be placed on four-way stop.  The City of Fort Dodge will be performing full-depth concrete replacement in the westbound lanes.  Signs and detours will be posted.  Please use alternate routes if possible.
