Fort Dodge City Mayor Bemrich proclaimed this day as "Patriot Day" to honor the victims and families who were lost or lost loved ones on September, 11, 2001. The Mayor added that this day would honor the Fort Dodge Police and Firefighter's Departments respectively for everything they do for the city.
The Mayor wants each citizen of Fort Dodge to remember, cherish, and have a blessed day on this day of September 11th, 2012. It will now be forever known as "Patriot Day" in the city of Fort Dodge.
