About 35 business and community leaders are meeting at the Iowa Central campus this morning training to become tour guides. With about 200 new CJ Bio America and Cargill employees already in the area and several hundred more on the way, The Greater Fort Dodge Growth Alliance is spearheading the effort to train up community leaders to give city tours to new employees. Economic Development Director Kelly Halsted say passion goes a long way in presentation:
