A nationwide report on county-by-county health was released Wednesday. The 2013 County Health Rankings by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and the University of Wisconsin Population Health Institute compares the health of counties in every state, measured by overall health and factors that influence health. Of Iowa's 99 counties, Webster County checked in as the 87th healthiest county in the state. The health factor that Webster County was ranked highest in was morbidity, at 45th in the state. Social and Economic Factors was the area the county ranked poorest in, at 96th. Sioux County was ranked the the healthiest county in Iowa.
