Conservation District Launching "Adventure Series"
The Webster County Conservation District is looking forward to starting up a new program for the summer months. Director Matt Cosgrove says the Webster County Adventure Series is a program that will meet once a month between June and September with a focus on a different outdoor sport. The sessions will meet on a Thursday evening from 6:00-8:00 and will feature cycling, paddling, map reading and geocaching, and shooting sports. Cosgrove says the first three sessions can help people wanting to participate in the annual adventure race:
You can register as an individual for $25 or as a two-person team for $40. For more information, contact Webster County Conservation at 576-4258.
