A State Patrol plane helped authorities capture a man suspected in the shooting of a northern Iowa man. Officials say the incident began early Sunday with a dispute between two men in Wesley, about 10 miles east of Algona. The Kossuth County Sheriff's Office says 25-year-old Dustin Kiefer was shot. He was taken to a local hospital, and then moved to a hospital in Rochester, Minnesota. The other man fled but was seen in the nearby town of Corwith. With help from an Iowa State Patrol plane, police captured the man. Officers arrested 25-year-old Wesley resident Andrew Zeitler, on charges of Attempted Murder and Being Armed with Intent.
