Stratford Man Accused of Setting Stepson on Fire Pleads Not Guilty
A Stratford man accused of setting his stepson on fire is scheduled to stand trial in December. On Monday, 43 year-old David Lundberg pleaded not guilty to charges of first-degree arson, willful injury, reckless use of fire, and domestic abuse assault. On September 24, Lundberg allegedly poured gasoline around himself and on his stepson, 20 year-old Dakota Buse. Buse suffered second and third degree burns to over 40 percent of his body. Lundberg's trial is scheduled to begin on December 3 in Hamilton County. He remains held on a $250,000 bond.
