FD Arson Suspects to Request Change of Trial Venue
Two Fort Dodge men accused of setting fire to Bemrich Electric have submitted a request to have their trial moved from Webster County. 24 year-old Gregory White and 23 year-old Tanner King are both awaiting trial after allegedly setting fire to Bemrich Electric and breaking into the American Red Cross training center on June 21. Both men are free on bond and have pleaded not guilty to multiple charges, including first-degree arson, first-degree criminal mischief, and second-degree theft. A date for the change of venue request hearing has not been set. Both White and King are scheduled to stand trial on February 18 of 2014.
