Bly Willful Injury Trial Scheduled

A Fort Dodge teen accused of stabbing another teen at the Fort Dodge Senior High homecoming dance will stand trial in December. 18 year-old Max Bly's trial is scheduled to begin on December 17 in Webster County District Court after pleading not guilty to Willful Injury Causing Serious Injury. He remains held on $10,000 bond. On October 5, Bly allegedly stabbed 17 year-old Lucas Fiala with a knife, which caused internal injuries. If convicted, Bly faces up to 10 years in prison.
