Three Charged in Indianola High School Bomb Threat
Authorities have filed felony charges against three students suspected of writing a bomb threat that forced the evacuation of Indianola High School. The three are charged with terroristic threats and have been released to their parents. Indianola Community Schools officials briefly evacuated students to nearby buses on Oct. 23 after a student took the bomb threat note to the main school office. He said he found it in a restroom. No bomb was found. The three students are ages 14, 15 and 16. A police report says the students came up with the bomb threat idea after deciding they wanted to get out of school early.
