Hall of Pride Scrimmages to Raise Funds for Worthy Causes

Area basketball fans can get a preview of this years' high school teams and donate to two worthy causes. The Hall of Pride Challenge scrimmages between Fort Dodge Senior High and St Edmond will be held tomorrow night beginning at 7:00pm. Both schools JV boys and girls and varsity boys and girls will be participating. Admission is $5 per person, and the proceeds will be split between two recipients. Fort Dodge's half will go towards medical expenses of former teachers Joe and Andrea Adams and their infant son Cooper. Cooper is facing a bone marrow transplant. St Edmond's portion will go to Lincoln and Kelli Wallace, who plan on donating the funds in honor of their daughter Claire, a cancer survivor and St Edmond freshman.
