A hearing for a Fort Dodge man charged in a June arson was pushed back a week. Originally scheduled for a hearing Monday, 23 year-old Tanner King's hearing to rescind his guilty plea is now scheduled for next Monday. King facing multiple charges including aiding and abetting second-degree arson in connection with a June 21st fire at Bemrich Electric. Last month, King pleaded guilty to charges but requested those pleas be rescinded last week. Yesterday's hearing was delayed because his Des Moines-based attorney couldn't make it to Fort Dodge due to the weather.
