Woodbury County Supervisor Facing Additional Charges in Alleged Domestic Incident
A Woodbury County supervisor faces more charges in connection to alleged domestic abuse at his home in December. The Sioux City Journal reports 44-year-old David Tripp now faces felony going armed with intent and misdemeanor first-degree harassment. Tripp has pleaded not guilty to an aggravated misdemeanor of domestic abuse assault in connection to a Dec. 14 incident involving his wife at their Sioux City home. He is accused of firing a gun into the air. No one was injured. Tripp's trial is scheduled to start in August.
