Coach Mike Szalat Talks St. Edmond Cross Country

Coach Mike Szalat joined the “Hy-Vee Fort Dodge Coaches Corner” Saturday Morning to talk St. Edmond Cross Country. He joined Rob Jones and talked about the recent success both his girls and boys teams had at Emmetsburg. He went in depth on the individual win in that meet by Senior Audrey Bemrich. St. Edmond girls team is as deep as it has ever been according to Coach Szalat and they are looking to qualify for State later this season which would be their 7th straight state appearance. He also talked about the boys team performance and specifically about the continued success of Ronnie Orres, Devin Wirtz and others. That conversation is below.
