When Nik Moser was hired as the Head Coach for Fort Dodge Football ahead of the 2020 season, he described it as the fulfillment of a lifelong dream. Moser was a standout player for the Dodgers, then went on to play DB at Iowa State. He then came back to Fort Dodge and served as an Assistant Coach to the program’s all time wins leader Coach Matt Miller for a decade. Moser is now in his second year at the helm. He visited with Rob Jones this past Saturday on “Coaches Corner”. Moser talked about what he learned from his 1st season as Head Coach, his takeaways from the Dodgers scrimmage last Friday vs Humboldt, and he previewed the upcoming season.
