There was a workshop regarding the Warden Plaza project prior to the Fort Dodge City Council meeting Monday night. During that workshop there was a report given by Patrick Kearns with KDG the developer in the project. There have been various delays in moving forward on the project. It looks like going forward that April of 2020 will be when state officials will decide what projects get historic preservation tax credits. Councilman Terry Moehnke was a guest on “Devine’s Intervention” with Mike Devine on KVFD AM 1400 and he had this to say regarding what was learned during the Warden Plaza workshop.
