FD Correctional Facility Inmate Sentenced To Life For Killing Another Inmate

An inmate convicted of killing another inmate, at the Fort Dodge Correctional Facility will spend the rest of his life behind bars. 45 year old Eric Hall, was convicted a few months ago if killing inmate Thomas Daleske.

The incident occurred in June of last year. Hall was charged with murder, after Daleske was found unresponsive in his cell. Daleske was serving time for sexual abuse and lascivious acts with a child. Hall was serving time for 3rd degree burglary.

Hall said during court proceedings, he targeted Daleske because he had been sexually abused as a child.

Hall was sentenced last Friday, his 1st degree murder conviction carried a mandatory life sentence.
