Former Fort Dodge Softball Standout Finding Her Stride At The College Level

A former Fort Dodge Softball standout is making an impact early in her college career. Loghen Schnetzer was an all state selection and state RBI champion in her high school career at Fort Dodge. She’s now a freshman at Iowa Central and was named ICCAC Player Of The Week.

Schnetzer garnered that honor after a read hot stretch at the plate last week. In four games, in the 1st week of March she went 9 of 14 at the plate. Of those 9 hits, she had a double, a triple, 3 homers and 5 RBI’s. Schnetzer is the all time career home run leader in program history at Fort Dodge.
