Fort Dodge 4×100 Relay Team Sets New School Record, Schreier Garners Statewide Honor
Fort Dodge Boys Track had a memorable performance at Mason City on Monday. The Dodger 4X100 relay team set a new school record. The relay team ran a 42.89 to break the previous record of 42.94 set in 2019. This year’s 4X100 relay team includes Tyler Schreier, Sam Daniel, Christian Davidson and Jake Erickson. Schreier and Daniel were both members of the 2019 relay team as well, along with former Dodgers Brycen Bell and Ty Kershaw.
The Dodger 4X200 team, made up of Erickson, Davidson, Sam and James Daniel won gold Monday as well. The Dodgers took gold in the Sprint Medly ran by the same group as the 4X100.
Dodger standout Tyler Schreier has been selected to represent the region at the Senior All State Track Championships in Iowa City June 5th.
