Chad Scheffer from the Fort Dodge City Engineering Department was a guest on “Devine Intervention” with Mike Devine on KVFD AM 1400. He spoke about a variety of topics during that appearance. One topic that came up was a change in job description and duties for him and his engineering department colleague Tony Trotter. Below are the comments from Scheffer.
