Fort Dodge Fiber Reveals New Plans and Future Customer Service Center

(Alpha Media- Brooke Bickford) The future of Fort Dodge Fiber advanced Monday with the reveal of where the customer service hub will be located. During the city council meeting the main floor of Citizen’s Central was announced as the future home for customer service, billing, sales and marketing. The city owned broadband service is slated for testing and initial service as soon as December 2022. Beginning this Friday, residents and businesses in Fort Dodge can register there property addresses for installation of fiber services.
