This past season for Fort Dodge Girls Basketball was the 3rd under Coach Scott Messerly. This season saw an increase in number of wins at 8, even with a lesser number of games and all the issues that came with the pandemic. Fort Dodge finished one game below .500 on the season, in a year of progress. They won 5 of their last 6 including a playoff win. The Dodgers concluded their season in the Regional Semifinals falling in a 4 quarter competitive game to Sioux City East. Coach Messerly joined the Hy-Vee Fort Dodge Coaches Corner this past Saturday to talk about it.
