Fort Dodge Man Charged with Aiding and Abetting Attempt to Commit Murder Remains At Large
One of the two Fort Dodge men wanted in a reported shooting at the end of July remains at large.
According to Iowa Court Documents, 29 year old Austin Ferguson was taken into custody on Thursday on a warrant for Attempt to Commit Murder
Law enforcement is still searching for 47 year old Jason Ferguson who is wanted for Aiding and Abetting Attempt to Commit Murder.
The charges follow an investigation into reports to Webster County Dispatch on July 30th of shots fired in the area of N 14th St. and 1st Ave. N. At that time, officers located a vehicle that had been struck by gunfire. Witnesses were located in the area as well as physical evidence was collected.
