Fort Dodge Man Found Guilty of Murder in Christmas Day Killing of Montreail Dungy
A Fort Dodge man has been found guilty of first degree murder in the Christmas Day homicide of Montreail Dungy. A jury found Lakendrick Mosley guilty this morning following a week long trial in Mason City. A sentencing date is pending.
Montreail Dungy was killed on Christmas Day and in the months following his murder investigators with the Fort Dodge Police Department, the Iowa Division of Criminal
Investigation, and the Webster County Attorney’s Office worked tirelessly to reach a resolution for his family and all of those impacted by his murder.
Another man, 27 year old Darwin Green of Fort Dodge faces an Aiding and Abetting Murder in the First Degree charge.
A sentencing date for Mosley is pending.
