Fort Dodge Man’s Murder Trial Delayed

The trial of a Fort Dodge man accused of killing Reverend Al Henderson has been delayed. According to court documents the murder trial of Fort Dodge resident Joshua Pendelton has been pushed back and will not start in April instead of December as it was originally scheduled. Pendelton pleaded not guilty of the murder of Reverend Henderson. On October 2nd police officers responded to a call at St. Paul Lutheran Church here in Fort Dodge and found Henderson outside unresponsive. He later died from injuries suffered in the incident.
