Fort Dodge PD Foils Attempted Break In At Business

A Webster County man is facing multiple charges after an alleged attempted break in. According to a report from the Fort Dodge PD, around 2 AM Wednesday an officer observed a man attempting to break in a business. The officer was on a routine patrol and saw the man at a business located at the KingsGate Center in Fort Dodge. When the suspect saw the officer he ran on foot, the officer then ran the suspect down after a short chase. The suspect was identified as 61 year old, Allen Nagle of Fort Dodge. He’s charged with with 3rd degree attempted burglary,  3rd degree criminal mischief, possession of a controlled substance, drug paraphernalia, and interference with official acts.
