Ownership of the Fort Dodge Pizza Hut location will soon be changing hands. Fort Dodge is one of 24 locations across Iowa that is being purchased by A San Francisco company.
The Flynn Restaurant Group says the Iowa restaurants are part of the 937 Pizza Hut and 194 Wendy’s locations throughout the United States it is buying from the Kansas City-based N-P-C International. The Iowa restaurants include Fort Dodge, Cedar Falls, Waterloo, Waverly, Waukee, Dubuque, Charles City, Coralville, Iowa City, North Liberty, Cedar Rapids, Marion, Marshalltown, Altoona, Ankeny, Des Moines, Grimes, West Des Moines, Bettendorf, Davenport, Ames, Toledo, Norwalk, and Decorah.
The company is said to be the largest franchise operator in America.
