“Rib Ruckus” returns to Fort Dodge this Saturday August 21st. The event is back after being cancelled due to the pandemic in 2020. This year the event will look to build off its success in 2019.
That’s event organizer Tim Mapel. He says that this year the event will have expanded space on the City Square.
This year’s installment of the event is set to feature a car, truck and bike show for the 1st time. “Rib Ruckus” is expected BBQ cooking teams from all over Iowa and the Midwest. A Rib dinner will be served around 5:30 PM Saturday. The event is set to have live musical guests all through the afternoon and into the night.
Mason from 92 Rock will be broadcasting on location from 12-2 PM. Gates open at 11 AM, Admission to the event is $15 and children 12 & Under are free.
