Gene Giraffe Project Holding Golf Tournament Saturday In Fort Dodge

The Gene Giraffe Project will be having their Four Person Best Shot Golf Tournament Saturday at Lakeside Golf Course in Fort Dodge starting at 10 AM. Walk ups are welcome you don’t have to preregister for the event. While the event is a Four person team event , they will accept teams with less than four people. Gene Giraffe Project is a 501(3) C public charity. Here’s their founder Doug Passow on what Gene Giraffe Project does.

He says the organization was formed from his family’s own experience.

The cost to enter the tournament is $200 for a 4 person team or $50 per person, they also will have a silent auction at the event. Doug Passow says they are looking to match or exceed last year’s turnout.

Proceeds from the tournament will go to the Ava Passow Memorial Scholarship Fund that is awarded to students from Fort Dodge Senior High, St. Edmond and Manson NW Webster. to find out more about the organization go to their website www.genegiraffe.org
