Governor Reynolds opened her Friday press conference with an update on Covid-19 cases in Iowa.
The Governor then introduced Sarah Reisetter from the Iowa Dept. Of Public Health who talked about the exercises the dept. and other agencies around Iowa have done to prepare for possible hospital overcrowding.
The Governor then said that “shelter in place” is a polarizing topic.
The Governor closed the press conference talking about what she feels are the negatives of “shelter in place”.
