Gov. Reynolds Tuesday: Talks About Launch Of “Test Iowa Initiative”

From Radio Iowa- Governor Kim Reynolds is offering some details now on the Test Iowa program which she first announced last week. In her Tuesday morning news conference, Reynolds said the effort is the result of a public-private partnership between the State of Iowa, Nomi Health and the Silicone Slopes Initiative.

 

The governor says the tests will help the state to gather critical information from Iowans that will help health officials better target and fight the virus. Iowa is the second state to launch such an initiative , Utah was the first
