Governor Reynolds In Fort Dodge Saturday Morning For The Covid-19 Clinic

Governor Kim Reynolds was in Fort Dodge Saturday. The Governor attended  Webster County Public Health’s  second dose covid-19 vaccine clinic. The Governor spoke with Rob Jones while at the clinic, here’s her thoughts on the clinic.

While Iowa is still in a vaccine shortage, Reynolds feels the new one dose vaccine from Johnson & Johnson could change that.

The Governor would go on to say she feels the Webster County clinic is the blue print for the rest of the state.

Webster County Public Health  Director Kari Prescott says the Governor’s glowing review of the clinic is a major vote of confidence.

Several local officials were lending a helping hand at the clinic, including Representative Ann Meyers and Webster County Supervisors Niki Conrad and Mark Campbell. At the clinics, Webster County Public Health has been able to vaccinate as many 90 people in a 30 minute span.
