A Hamilton County man who admitted to planning to distribute meth is facing up to life in prison. 35 year old Joshua Boice of Webster City, has been convicted of possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.
Earlier this year, Boice admitted to possessing 50 grams of meth and that he planned to distribute it. The admission of guilt was part of a plea deal in federal court.
Boice faces a max sentence of life in prison, he faces a mandatory minimum of 10 years. He is awaiting sentencing, there’s no parole in the federal system.
