The Humboldt Wildcats sent shock waves through the Iowa High School Football scene with their season opening win. The Wildcats went on the road and knocked off 7th ranked Algona 33-20, in the 1st game at the new Algona football facility. Humboldt Head Coach Derrick Elman joined the “Hy-Vee Fort Dodge Coaches Corner” Saturday on “Sunny” 99.7 to talk about what he calls the biggest win in his tenure at Humboldt.
