Clayton talked about founding AFES the programs they have and how it is more than just sports. He talked about whether he as a black man feels targeted by police. Clayton then talked about the recent shooting in Fort Dodge’s Pleasant Valley area and talked about needed changes in how that area is policed. He then talked about the lack of cooperation between The Black Community and Police in terms of providing information on solving crimes.
