Iowa Pork Producers President Says Interruption In Supply Is A Concern

As Covid-19 outbreaks at pork processing plants having been newsworthy in recent weeks, Iowa Pork Producers Association President Greg Hora says those outbreaks could have a huge impact on the supply chain.

While the producers have more pigs than the plants can process right now, Hora says the producers have found good use of their excess supply by teaming with food banks around Iowa


In addition to serving as the President of Iowa’s Pork Producers, Hora also is the president of the Webster County Pork Producers.
