Iowa State Student Found Dead In Sorority Parking Lot Friday Morning

An investigation is underway after a 21 year old woman was found dead on the parking lot of a sorority at Iowa State University. The Ames Police Dept. says they arrived after a report of an unconscious woman in the parking lot. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Police did confirm that she was an Iowa State student. However, her identity has not been released and no further details were available at the time of this report. We plan to have more on this story when new information emerges.
