Many workers in the service industry have lost their sources of income due to the coronavirus pandemic. Social distancing requirements and closures are preventing these individuals from going to work, meeting with clients, and rendering their services.
To help those who have lost their jobs due to the outbreak, La’ James International College has created
the Iowa Service Industry Tip Jar. a website has been created so that users can securely send a tip to their local bartender, stylist, to service industry workers. The project is meant to help keep service industry workers afloat during this time of uncertainty. Those interested in giving or receiving a tip during this time can visit the Iowa Service Industry Tip Jar website for more information.
