Teresa Naughton has been the Executive Director of LifeWorks Community Services for over a decade and has been with the organization for almost 3 decades. You could say that LifeWorks is well her life’s work. Naughton was recently named to the Iowa Association Of Community Providers’ Education and Training Committee. Duties within that committee include planning educational and training opportunities for the State association, assessing member training needs, responding to those needs, organizing an annual conference and more. The mission of the IACP is to relentlessly advocate for Iowa Providers to build healthy communities. IACP is a state trade association for Iowa disability service providers and they represent over 130 community based organizations. The member organizations provide service in every county in Iowa.

Lifeworks continues their mission to provide opportunities for growth and achievement to people with disabilities. They serve over 200 people with disabilities in their programs in Webster, Humboldt and surrounding counties.
