Local Man Enters Guilty Pleas To Charges Stemming From Bank Robbery

30 year old Fort Dodge Resident Ted Hammersley has entered guilty pleas to 2nd degree robbery and going armed with intent. Those charges stem from an incident March 13th, when Hammersley allegedly robbed the Green State Credit Union of Fort Dodge. Court records say, Hammersley admitted to carrying a knife into the credit union, he then displayed the knife and demanded money. There were no injuries reported in the incident and he was arrested outside Green State shortly after the incident.
