The Greater Fort Dodge Growth Alliance released a statement Wednesday regarding the 2020 Market On Central season. That statement is below.

” The Market on Central committee has been watching the impact of COVID-19 on our community, as well as the cancellations of other large events that have been scheduled for 2020. With this in mind, it has been decided that the best course of action is to cancel the 2020 Market on Central season. This decision did not come lightly and is made out of an abundance of caution for everyone involved. The safety of all volunteers, vendors, and visitors is our top priority. We want to thank everyone who has participated in Market on Central; whether you helped to plan, shopped local vendors, or provided your talent and product to the community.”
