New Details Emerge Regarding The Weekend Arrest Of Fort Dodge Woman

More details have emerged regarding the weekend arrest of a Fort Dodge woman in Polk County. The Iowa State Patrol says that 38 year old, Chyla Trion Shivers was arrested after a traffic stop early Sunday morning.
The incident report says, Shivers was driving a vehicle that had been reported stolen out of Fort Dodge. The ISP says, Shivers intially provided a false name. When her real identity was determined, the trooper learned she was wanted for a warrant out of Webster County and was driving while barred. The warrant was for 3rd degree theft. The incident report also says a meth pipe was found during the incident.
Shivers was booked into the Polk County jail. She is charged with theft of a motor vehicle, driving while barred, providing false identification information, possession of drug paraphernalia and 3rd degree theft.
